I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with nice pillows and soft linens, but they could use a few more furnishings. The service was exceptional despite the ongoing construction, especially at the reception, check out, and with room service, dry cleaning, and laundry. The location was convenient, although it was a bit noisy. The dining was basic but adequate for a quick bite. Overall, a decent experience with good value for money.
Upon arrival, the hotel seemed promising with a pleasant front desk clerk, but my room ended up being a major letdown due to a weird smell and lack of comfort. The location was convenient, although some aspects like the tub/shower entry were questionable. Dining options were limited and overpriced, making the overall experience not as enjoyable as expected.
